Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused part in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our processing center using a trackable carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
